Shipping policy

                                             *WE ONLY SHIP IN THE US*

Items will be shipped out 2-7 business days after purchase if item is not custom.

Our processing time is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST.

If item is returned because of wrong address you will have 24 hours to email us at sakscustomcreations@gmail.com to request a change or you will be refunded for your order but not the shipping. To get your order shipped back out to you, you will be charged $8 for a reship fee.

After package is shipped S.A.K.S. is NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOST OR STOLEN packages. Most packages are covered with insurance so you will have to file a claim with USPS. If your order is not covered with insurance and is marked Delivered, you will have to contact USPS for further guidance.
